Starlet Cosmetics was created by professional Hollywood based makeup artists who discovered that there was a void in the industry.  They rebelled against the cookie cutter products typically used by artists, and instead developed products that accentuated a more creative flare.  However it was unanimously agreed that quality could not be compromised!
